But its not about the things money can buy, we want to promote you as a designer. So lets begin with things the winner can’t buy with their Mastercard:
a) An interview in Computer Arts The contest will be covered in three issues of Computer Arts. As a winner you’ll have your winning design, your photo and an interview with you in a half-page wrap-up of the November issue!
b) An interview on Computerlove
Be interviewed about your winning logo and your design portfolio for an interview to be published on Computerlove the networking site for creatives.
c) Promotion on the Spreadshirt platform We’ll create a special page promoting you as our logo’s creator in a special “the logo” page in the About Us section of the Spreadshirt site. A link to this area is on the footer of all of our webpages.
The Panel Prizes
All our 5 panelists get to award a prize based on their interest area. Any design or individual can win these awards even if they don’t make one of the top 3 designs. We will uncover the panel prizes week by week in our little schwag friday blog posts.

The Computer Love Collaboration award - with this prize we want to honor collaboration and award design teams. Yep to win this you need to get together and design with others. The design team that wins will get a ton of Nintendo DS schwag. If its two of you you’ll win a DS each plus lots of games and accessories. The more, the better: If you form a super alliance of 5 people, we’ll give away a DS each but slightly less in the way of add ons. Read more about the award here

As internationally renowned Branding experts, Branded aren’t impressed easily. To win this award your job involves wowing them in the following three areas:
a) a fresh idea,
b) a simple, clear & bold design
c) a little wit.
What will you get for your trouble………..? Only the new 16gb Ipod Touch. Music, movies and wifi on the sexiest kit around.
The winner of this award is Nelson. Nelsons Superhero series has entertained us with its originality and tongue in cheek humour for weeks.
Internationally renowned Graphic designer, musician and all round creative genius Scott Hansen aka ISO50 will offer his input to the contest. With his experience working with international brands like Adobe, Computer Arts, Finlandia, Southwest Airlines he’ll be looking for a strong concept and flawless execution to win his award. Your prize will be a collection of some of the finest artwork and clothing in the ISO50 vaults.

The winner of the innovativeness award will win something totally unique, the entire prize is the chance to design unique items: You get to design your own trainers from RBK Custom, clothing naturally from Spreadshirt, a watch from 121 Time and a bag from Timbuk2.
