It’s simple: Two top-parts of a t-shirt wrap the globe. Two- and One Color Versions possible.

Could also be a closeup of a zipper.

First of all: Keep her :-) Give her a live and a name. Let the old spreadwoman be the new spreadgirl and use her as a key visual. She should look like a fashionmonster. Dress her up and let her guide the users through the homepage.

With her still on the homepage the changeover to the new logo is not confusing to the customers.

I would propose ITC OFFICINA SANS as a corporate typeface.
