By entering a design, you agree to the following rules
1. All submitted entries remain the copyright of their creators. Should your design win, you will need to agree to transfer the copyright to Spreadshirt before prizes can be awarded.
2. Spreadshirt reserves the right to show any design submitted here on the entries, main blog and in promotional activities. You can remove your design from the contest at anytime, just ask.
3. Submissions may not contain any intellectual property of any third party such as logos, trademarks, service marks or copyrighted material. That’s naughty.
4. The right to select the overall winner logo belongs to Spreadshirt, supported by the panel of judges and guided by your thoughts and opinions.
5. All submissions must be approved first. We reserve the right not to accept your design if it is deemed to be offensive, or is not in keeping with the guidelines of the contest.
6. We reserve the right to alter the length of the competition should we feel its necessary.
7. Of course the whole point of this is that we want a new corporate logo. However, we do reserve the right to not use the winning logo as our official logo.
The design also has to meet certain requirements, you should definitely read them before you submit. You can find them on the brief page. Everything else we can talk about, we’re nice, honest ;)
