krickelei part IISo. I’m back with the krickelei 2.0
This submission is an development based on my earlier submission that you can find here. There is also a description what’s up with the krackelei from a conceptual point.

To do this submission I used a graphic tablet (guess which brand ;). + I did some stealing for the fonts at earlier submissions by other artists, I have stolen the futura and times styles from frederic (see the futura and the classic submissions by frederic). The other style I borrowed from sonnleitner, here is his original entry.

So, here we go, Classic: … and Futura:

Sonnleitner-style:
krickelei_otherAlso, during x-mas I had agreat time and discovered my passion for SM - you know, being beaten ath things like these. So, masters, I beg you, hit me hard, give me a one star rating at the max! or even better, just ignore me, this will hurt the most… oh yes, yes, yes….. ;)

waaaaaaaaaah …… I like your crazy kind of art …but isn’t it a little bit too crazy?! :D

don’t know. at least it seems remarkable. you might tell people about it because of it’s so crazy and hopefully cool. it’s really innovative, or does anybody know a company with to some degree randomized logo?

do it yourself! you can do a spreadshirt logo each time you need it on your own. you can always give it your twist.

try to make a really good looking krakelei, it’s not that easy (and mine are far from perfect).

also it fullfills some other basic criteria of a good logo:
    - simple
    - recognizable
    - unique
    - fits different media and applications (web, print… etc.)
+ connects to the do it yourself vision of spreadshirt

not sure about the krickelei, but maybe the randomized concept can be applied in different ways.

let’s see where this moves and let’s create something great, something that stnads out.

This style is fresh and new but not unique
    www.markgraph.de - complete CI (Print/Web/Media) in Krickel-Style

krickel is more a personal handwriting imprint of the artist - like a signature and should be connected to a persons name

you try to be funny in your text, but is seems a bit pathetic to me.

thank you, good to hear that you don’t like my humor. why that’s good? it hurts being beaten, yeah! harder!…

btw, what do you think about the concept itself?

check the first krackelei version as well: http://olp.spreadshirt.net/wordpress/index.php?p=80

    your ‘doodle’ is a non-logo.
it leaves me with the impression that you were to lazy to design a logo.

Ha, i just saw an ad on the web.de log out page (yes, I did check my private e-mails @ work) which reminded me tremendously of the krackelei thingy. It was for some hair product and now I’m desperately trying to find it again…http://www.shockwaves.de/ it was this webiste but the ad is not visible. DAmn! Never mind, it looked almost 100% like Lukasz first draft of the krakelei.

OK! Lak, with all due respect…

Here is my three cents of comment on your design “krickelei”, first of all it looks like dead fly on the windshield. Second looks like a cat burped a hairball… the image logo portraits confusion (tangled, unorganize etc.)do we want that?

By the way I’m new here.

elanz, good point, the logo has weaknesses in transporting “quality”.
