It looks like a tab from a soda can. Photoshop is a much too versatile program to be represented by a single icon anyways. The best you could do with such a popular product is a logotype. Of course you can express yourself with your work in photoshop and thats like a message - but a speech bubble is so far off. The hole makes it kinda not so common but what does the hole mean, is the message missing? Its all incomplete? The tagline is not that bad, but the icon? O my god, if they really go with that logo its pretty sad. As to uniqueness a speech bubble is nearly as weak as heart!
