Elwood, go f#####..are you stupid? 90% f the logo exposed here have the “double S”…this is the initials of this company “Spreadshirt” we contest for do you rememeber? The world will never go over with people like you…

    #1 who didn’t get the simpsons reference…
that’s okay, but thanks for ignoring the smilie & the clear sarcasm too - and if you feel free to insult me, i feel free do the same… **** *** **** **, *******! (let your imagination fill that out for you)
And to answer your questions: no, yes.
And to give you a bit constructive criticism:
    - a star is nothing that special - and a red star with 5 spire has always a bit of a communist/revolution-feel to it
    - the combined s’ look like the spotleid.de logo, and in my opinon don’t quite fit to the sharp shapes of the star.
    and please:
    - get a sense of humor :/
    - don’t start insulting people if they say something you don’t like oder don’t even understand…

    Ok Elwood i’m sorry.
We are here to express our creativity, you do it, i do it everyone does…
Then you arrive and compare few aspects my logo to the communism (star) and the nazism (double S). I not a Simpson addict, sorry i was not aware to this sarcasm…i just felt it like an attack as you don’t know anything about me, my origin, my nationality, my history…
I would rather accept your explanations if you did it like the second time! If you don’t like this logo
i can understand, but it s hard to accept your first speech.

So apologize for my reaction, and i’ill have a look to you job wright now!

apologies accepted, and a sorry from here for the sarcasm - man, i really have to stop using it here… :D
(and i didn’t mean your double-s logo - i used the concept of the inverted second s myself - but there are a few very bad ss-logos around ;) )

alright .. i guess we will discuss the basic “SS” issue in our feedback post next week. (not only in reference to mcbain ;))

also because i think we don´t have to use abbreviations for our new logo .. i mean does coca cola use a “cc” or starbucks a “sb”? ok, stupid examples, but i hope you know what i am trying to say .. i think the logo should work unique and for itself. and if using an abbreviation, which might be okay if you have a killer-idea there is so many possibilities for spreadshirt: s, sps, sph, sprd.net, even sprdshrt ;)
    more on that issue later.

Thank you ami, but imagine the logo as a concept…this double “S” can be removed easyly..the global aspect must be the most important i think.

Let me just add that on my design the double S (in opposite) is a full part of graphism if you look at the bottom of the picture…It must be a part of the company graphic Identity.

okay, i see your point and you´re right with this one. but then, i have to admit, i think the star is not unique enough for my taste. a starry glance also could stand for “star cola” or “star search tv show” or something ;)

Well, and what’s better than a star to represent FASHION?
