There’s always a conflict of taste and interests in this re-designing projects. The goal of refreshing our corporate design however is pretty clear: most of us like the Spreadwoman, but there are a few legitimate quesions. Regarding content: What does she present and represent? What does she stand for? Regarding practical application: Is this international? Does it work in the US? Cross-media application of the logo is hard.

i think the woman looks like if she is PRESENTING herself to an audience or something else (that she wants to SELL for example). she seems to be SELF-CONFIDENT (wide stance)!
Seems just like working spec to me …
