Arrrrrow!

The arrow is the symbol of the new pencil: the virtual pencil. With the arrow we can do everything on the computer’s screen, so it’s the means by which we personalize. The arrow becomes a symbol, converted in a label.

What’s your kind of spread?

I tried to create a logo with another than the typical “shirt” approach, something more abstract. When I played around with ideas, images, I came to think about the word “spread” and alternate meanings.

Like, well, spread as in “something you put on your bread”.
So I designed this stylized piece of bread with some spread on it. Everyone’s free to put on the bread what one likes best.

Proper Spread

- Anyone for some spread?

Was strolling around pretending to be creative, juggling the words and this idea came about.
Cracker, a spread shirt - slammed onto a shirt tab, with the additional hanger piece presenting the company slogan.

Enjoy and try to be gentle. ^^

My focus is to create a modular designed logo with a high brand recognition. Modular means that if you separate the different parts you still have them work for their own, the identity has to work for its own. One module from the logo can be placed without the rest, without loosing its identification power. The strongest module ist the brand name “spread shirt”, this is symbolised by the double s that forms a lace. This can also be placed alone, when the logo and the brand is familiar enough to the user, or if there is not enough space to show the whole logo. The second module is the label that can be tied to the lace. Please tell me what you think. *deea*
