voyager 2.0

This logo is based on an image created by Linda Sagan, the spouse of SETI-Researcher Carl Sagan, who is probably best known for the movie “Contact”.

The icon was used as a label for the Voyager 2 spacecraft, so the aliens could tell exactly where it came from. It’s actually the first label in outer space.

Originally the couple on the picture was completely naked, but that was before spreadshirt was founded, right?

So here is how it fits the briefing:

  • easy to use:
As easy as a teflon pan! Powered by the future.
  • detailed:
As detailed as you can get. Just look at the couple.
  • individually made and unique:
Is there anything more unique than a completely nude man or woman, wearing only a shirt they designed themselves?
