This is what i have been done so far.Too bad need to be away for company trip. Can’t work on my logo during the weekend.I added more blue colour and small “r”. Few variations below and tell me what u think k?

No. 2. Although I like the shape of the S i feel somehow that it is a little too strong compared to all others, too bold or thick.
