Having the hands narrower was a good move. Did you try to show more fingers on the hand?
I would place the hand standing alone and not in another shape. Good luck!
thanks, mate! I have already tried to show more fingers but it is a problem that fingers could the attention from the main logo of negative space.
It would help seeing the shapes as hands, its not that clear so far I fear. But I see what you are saying, maybe you can find a inbetween thing between showing more hands and still seeing the shirt.
ok, I will try to improve. perhaps to slenderize these hands by diet.
yep, it works better now (still a little tick to “mechanic” for me, but definitely a very good step) the additional logos are cool.
->> wow wow wow — I love the poster with “your motif” (bottom right) niceee!
Hands don’t need more fingers IMHO
It’s good to keep it simple and it’s very easy to recognize hands so it’s ok.
I prefere to make stronger “spread” not “shirt” (if any) but it’s only my point of view.
Prepare your pictures once again - witdh=540px (or 560??) Don’t let rescale it automatically because it’s look bad now.
Well executed though personally the idea remembers me to a “Save something” campaign or Charity stuff. Also is used in a simlar fashion by Health & Care companies; e.g. http://logopond.com/gallery/detail/9909
thanks to all!
@grafismo: that can happen because there are similar ideas of millions logos at the world but on my opinion my logo has another type. nevertheless thank you for your comment.
i really like this one… its creative and has a human touch…
but why arent you using the orange for the rest of the CI ???
greetz deea
first problem: I do not really know what colour spreadshirt really likes. It’s purely a matter of taste of colour. I like all cheerful colours.;) I decided to choose this red colour because it is more dynamic than orange.
your diploma thesis about body font is really very interesting!
thx… for your interest in my work. so tell me. did you see my logo? what do you think?
i would stay with the orange. its more friendly and light… red is too serious
keep up the cool work
and GOOD LUCK to you!!
Thanks, dear deea!
Perhaps you are right. I will write my comment in your draft.
hi japasa, very nice additions
I like that one very much. I’m with deea as I see this red I thought it Isn’t spreadshirt. I think orange, the green u used and cyan is more spreadshirtlike because they’re fresh colors. But ur right who knows which colors are the spreadshirt-team favourites?
Iam agree with pascalphilly the hands should be standalone it is more clearer and don’t confuse the eye.
thank you that you like it!
I think shapes and creativities are very important for spreadshirt at the moment.
so what do you think about color in my draft? see more: http://olp.spreadshirt.net/entries/2007/09/21/imagine-your-own-label/
P.S. Your ideas are very interesting, especially your draft “Customize clothing”.
@adam puh thanks! I thought this draft was deleted.
ONE OF THE FEW GREAT IDEAS IN THE CONTEST. DEFINITELY DESERVES TO BE IN THE FINALS.
@dogbite thanks….
now i am enough of spreadshirt…
probably my fav logo out of all the ones submitted so far..!
it’s all about the concept, that’s what makes you remember it. the empty space between the hands works really well, since it indicates that that’s where your t-shirt or label can go.. spreadshirt just holds it all together. that’s pretty damn good.
kinda like the idea of hands forming a shirt but dont like the xing color scheme used on our website
