I definately prefer the update 1.0 btw And the idea with the hammer and the different shapes could work well on many mediums. However, I would leave out the plane because it could be interpreted as "dropping bombs on the logo". The rest is looking good. My personal favourite is with the grey shirt and the blue triangle.
