*Updated* - New additional usage images, colours and font added
Doing your own label is fun and its childs play!
Remember that game (sketch)? You could create a new unique individual, it was high creativity and fun.
Doing your own label with Spreadshirt is pretty much the same. Build your own company (visualized by combining different labels), create your individual stuff (visualized by creating a shirt out of that labels) right as you imagine it! And doing business with that is as easy as a this game!

funny idea, indeed. nice and good execution. i like most the b/w version. but i have to admit, it didn’t catch my attention just by scrolling the entries page, and if you wouldn’t have linked it in tarzions draft comments i might not have “seen” it (maybe because of the “soft” coloring?)
Really a nice idea…I’m not mad about the colours and the way the claim is put in the layout. But the idea really deserves some attention!
Thanks guys, I honestly do not like it that colorful, but I thought it would estimate the fun and play character. I am preferring the blueish tones much more.
The tagline should be a little stronger, like in the lower version, right?
yeah, but i also meant the grey tone of “spreadshirt” in the teaser pic … and of course a colorversion would support the uniqueness (and remembering) especially in a small size
The gray for Spreadshirt is not a must. Its just that since the rest is so colorful, the name should appear a little reduced as to the color. Its still changeable though.
I really like this one. The story behind is great! Simple but working. I like the blue colors too. Maybe you should think about a vertical version…
good idea, but the font is a little bit unfortunately. i think, “spreadshirt” shouldn’t be seperated, because it seems a little bit chaotic.
I think a vertical version would not be so useful on a website header.
What about the font, do you mean rather like on the gray background, “spreadshirt” on one line?
I really like this idea!!! I can see us using it to show the different ways people customize, and even showing different products by switching out pieces of the tag panels. This is one that I see LOADS of flexibility on, and I like it!
I do like the stacked version, but can see some playing around with fonts. Spread and shirt feel too disjoint here to me… maybe because shirt has so much white space in it, and spread doesn’t?
Thank you very much, I am happy you see what I do in this logo!
But you are also right about the typography, I will need to spend more time on that.
good but not enough good. I would change this layout.
colorwise a big improvement - from the positioning of the slogan I’m not totally convinced .. but the idea and the concept are *****
yes, the layout isn’t very good, hmm… but the label is good.
New Typography and colors added. Feels much better to me. I think it is sufficient to use two different colors, you still get the message but it feels a little more serious while using not that many colors.
Congratulation that you are finalist.
Japasa: Thanks mate!
Some kind of old-fashioned I think, nevertheless not bad. An easily memorizable logo I suppose!
This is the updated version:

Im not sure if I like too many colors in one logo, but this logo is telling a lot. It even show the productrange (now also making sense to me). I could imagine that this one is easy to update if Spreadshirt offers new products. Sounds great to me!
