The heart and shirt are combined. The clients can design their own label with all their love and this shirt will also love them by perfect design. 
I do not know if a label is too much for this logo.

eheheh, i join zoe and shirtned, anyway, that design rocks, but you can update it, improve. did you try without the stroke inside the shirt giving this strange perception (just try to let the outline without the incision, it surely still remind the heart) just try
