Its not only all about your shirt content, you can also do business with your own ideas - You are your own boss, it is your own label.

This is a variation of original entry “Invitation”. Check out the concept behind this here: http://olp.spreadshirt.net/entries/2007/08/28/invitation/

nice. i like.
Looks a bit too corporate to me – emphasises that Spreadshirt is a business, not a fun place to get your own deigns printed. If the tagline was ‘you’re the boss’ it would work well though. And I like the handwritten typeface too.
Thanks for your comments.
Yeah, thats why I did a rather round shirt and tie shape to take the stiffness away. If you show just a tag than that is not that much fun either. So you can also show the “your the boss” character instead of “your tags” In my opinion. And in addition to that I think you need a certain professionalism do do and sell shirts on spreadshirt, just drawing something in paint does not work and sell.
@dazzler: did you check the original concept behind this? It is showing the fun, because the background (the red gradient is just for position) will continuously change and show the creativity on the shirt.
Yes, I liked the original you did in wk1 – I thought it was better without the necktie, although the asterisk screamed ‘wallpaper’ at me and was a bit untidy.
I get the negative space thing – it’s nice, but loses its impact if it’s on a non-moving/non-busy background.
Thanks for checking my original concept. I think also without a moving background it is still nice, when it is a different background in every usage.
Now I also think the asterisk is not that great anymore. I personally like the necktie, but thats again personal tastes probably. Lets see what others say maybe.
Yeah I definetely prefer it without the asterisk. I like the concept, it sort of implies that your label can be your business. But completely contradicting my own point, I prefer the version without the tie, its just feels more relevant somehow.
The claim looks a bit lost among the other parts of the logo.
@credonaut - It could become a little larger but I think its enough like this, its not the most important part in my opinion. Anyway I think the tagline will be treated differently on different elements. On a webbanner it would go next to it instead of underneath it etc.
This is a great design! I prefer it without the tie and that tag line seems a little out of place to me. Other than that I really like it.
My Opinion Only
