Ok, here’s my second entry.Concepts and additional versions on the inside.
The first concept is actually a result from the second one: An abstract “S” made into a smiley.You could also look at them as being two bent branding irons; through the different stroke widths the smiley also has a certain dynamic and looks a bit like an abstract globe as well (nice if you’re an international company).
Second concept as mentioned is related to the first: “S” on a t-shirt as negative space, also looks a bit like a branding from a branding iron.

In general i like the design, but i guess i’ll be the first to say that i’m also in generally reminded of the tui-logo:

Otherwise it’s a nice and befriending design, font fits perfectly, the smilie works well - the ‘S’ shape however doesn’t, at least for me. I see the letter ‘T’ bended two times.
