   i like the crosslink between “your” and “shirt” by color - but i don’t really get the intention behind “grow up” - how it is connected with the tagline or the product of our company?

   Wow. Its a beautiful illustration, but as a logo I’d say probably too complex to work in the variety of places, formats it will need to be used.

    Glenn Elert is the original author, so if he didn’t provide the resource on deviant art or gave his permission, than it isn’t really free. I don’t think deviantart is a reliable source.
    Anyway, why not just make the treetop yourself and be individual? Takes one photo and a few minutes work.
    For instance, i made these two
